Flavel Karisma

The Flavel Karisma is an elegantly-designed electric fireplace. The simple style and materials used in this piece give it a contemporary feeling. The fireplace border, or frame, is reflective black glass and the firebox itself has a black surround. One of the distinguishing features of this unit is the use of frosted pebbles for the flame bed instead of the more usual simulated wood or coals. The pebbles complement the modern simplicity of the reflective black glass surround. The overall effect is stunning yet understated.

Installation is straightforward. Designed to be wall-mounted, it takes up no floor space. Because it requires neither a hole in the wall or a chimney for venting, the Flavel Karisma fireplace is ideal for flueless homes and apartments. Once hung, it projects 165mm from the wall and measures 856mm in width and 570mm in height.

The Flavel Karisma, using electricity as its fuel source, has a truly authentic flame effect. It generates convected heat, and with two heat settings the output ranges from 1kW to 2kW. Like all Flavel fireplaces, the Karisma is equipped with a “flame picture only” setting for those times when the ambiance of a fire is desired, but not the heat.
